Devika Singh

Biography

Devika is a PhD student currently in Georgia Tech. She studies X chromosome regulation, genomic DNA methylation, and evolution of regulatory elements such as enhancers.

Research

Devika's interests broadly fall in the area of bioinformatics and computational biology studying regulatory mechanisms and how they related to the origins of complex diseases. In the Yi lab, her research involves exploring human enhancer regulatory networks, features of conserved non-coding genomic regions, and marsupial X chromosome regulation.
